JUDGEMENT

(1.) The accused appellant Sunder Lal @ Sunder stands convicted and sentenced as below vide judgment dated 20.12.2013 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge (Women Atrocities) Cases, Udaipur in Sessions Case No.69/2013:

(2.) Being aggrieved of his conviction and sentences, the appellant has preferred the instant appeal under Section 374(2) Cr.P.C.

(3.) Since the appellant is an indigent person and appeal was forwarded from jail, Shri Tarun Dhaka, Advocate was appointed as amicus curiae to represent the appellant in this appeal.
