JUDGEMENT

(1.) The present misc. appeal has been preferred by the appellant-claimant for enhancement of the compensation amount awarded vide Judgment dated 14.12.2010 passed by the learned Judge, Motor Accident Claims Tribunal - cum - Additional District Judge (Fast Track) No. 3, Udaipur Headquarter Salumber, District Udaipur in M.A.C. Case No. 98/2009 (Chandra Prakash v. Gangaram and Ors.) whereby a sum of Rs. 93,000/- was awarded as compensation in favour of the appellant-claimant for having suffered the injuries in the accident, which took place on 21.01.2007.

(2.) With the consent of learned counsel for the parties, the present appeal is being disposed of finally.
