AJEET SINGH Vs. STATE OF RAJASTHAN

JUDGEMENT

(1.) The petitioner has preferred this criminal misc. petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing of FIR No.48/2018 registered at Police Station Raisinghnagar, District Sri Ganganagar for the offence under Sections 458, 307, 323, 143 IPC and Section 3(2)(V) of the SC/ST Act.

(2.) Learned Public Prosecutor submits that the concerned Investigating Officer has already verified the compromise arrived at between the parties.

(3.) Counsel for the private respondent and learned Public Prosecutor jointly state that since the nature of the injuries was simple, therefore, the case comes within the purview of the latest precedent law laid down by the Hon'ble Apex Court in the case of The State of Madhya Pradesh Vs. Laxmi Narayan and others in Criminal Appeal No.349/2019 decided on 05.03.2019.
