JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard. Perused the material available on record.

(2.) The petitioners herein have preferred these misc. petitions seeking protection of their life and liberty and for quashing of FIR No.238/2018 registered at Police Station Govindgarh District Alwar for offences under Sections 363 , 366 IPC and Sections 16 & 17 of the POCSO Act.

(3.) Shri Arafat Hussain, Advocate representing the petitioners urges that the petitioners are professing muslim religion and as such their rights and liabilities would be governed by the Muslim Personal law. The petitioner No.1 Mst. 'B' claims to have married petitioner No.2 of her own free will and volition. The age of petitioner No.1 is portrayed to be 20 years in the misc petition.
