JUDGEMENT

(1.) Issue notice to the respondent No. 2 only, returnable within four weeks.

(2.) By way of the order impugned dated 07.06.2019, the State Information Commission has directed the petitioner University to supply requisite information desired by the respondent No. 2.

(3.) Mr. M.S. Godara, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner University, challenging the order impugned dated 07.06.2019, contends that the information sought for are personal information covered under Section 8(1)(j) of the Right To Information Act, 2005. In support of his argument, learned counsel relies upon the order dated 03.10.2012, passed by Hon'ble the Supreme Court in Special Leave Petition (Civil) No. 27734/2012 (@ CC 14781/2012) (Girish Ramchandra Deshpande v. Central Information Commissioner and Ors.).
