(2.) Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been suspended by the respondents vide order dated 25.10.2019.

(3.) Counsel further submits that the petitioner was elected as 'Sarpanch' of Gram Panchayat, Kased, in January, 2015 and tenure of the petitioner is up to the month of January, 2020.
