JUDGEMENT

(1.) Mr. A.R. Beniwal, Advocate puts in appearance on behalf of legal representatives of deceased respondents Nos. 4, 5, 6 and 10.

(2.) The application (IA No. 1/19) preferred by the appellant-State for bringing the legal representatives of deceased respondents Nos. 4, 5, 6 and 10 is not opposed by the counsel appearing for the respondents.

(3.) The application (IA No. 1/19) is, accordingly, allowed. The amended cause title already filed is taken on record.
