JUDGEMENT

(1.) The application for taking documents on record is allowed.

(2.) Heard learned counsel for the respective parties.

(3.) In this appeal challenge has been made to an order dated 6.11.2019 passed by learned Single Judge in S.B. Civil Writ Petition No. 15828/2019 whereby the learned Single Judge has disposed of the writ petition with a direction to the District Collector-cum-District Election Officer, Jhunjhunu to take final decision on the recommendations given by the Director, Local Bodies vide order dated 30.10.2019 with regard to inclusion of names of the residents of Nut Basti and Laxmi Colony in the voter list of Ward No. 26 within a period of three days.
