(1.) Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Public Prosecutor on application for suspension of sentence.

(2.) Learned counsel for the appellant submits that the appellant was inside the Jail since 22.11.2016.

(3.) Learned Public Prosecutor vehemently opposed the prayer made by the counsel for the appellant.
