JUDGEMENT

(1.) Mr. Prateek Kasliwal, counsel appears on behalf of the respondents as caveator and copy of writ petition has been supplied to him. He needs two weeks' time to file reply.

(2.) Mr. S.S. Hora, counsel for the petitioners submitted that the identical writ petition-SB Civil Writ Petition No. 16230/2019 (Dist. Cricket Association Sriganganagar and Anr. v. Raj. Cricket Association was filed at Principal Seat, at Jodhpur and the Principal Seat, at Jodhpur on 30.10.2019 has passed the interim order.

(3.) Counsel submitted that the similar order may be passed by this Court in the present writ petition as the Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) of the Rajasthan Cricket Association is scheduled to be held on 04.11.2019.
