JUDGEMENT

(1.) Petitioner has filed this bail application under Section 439 of Cr.P.C.

(2.) F.I.R. No. 169/2018 was registered at Police Station G.R.P. Jaipur for offence under Section 489-B and 489-C of I.P.C.

(3.) It is contended by counsel for the petitioner that after demonetization on 8th November, 2016, amount of Rs.8,95,000/- was seized from the petitioner. On 30.11.2016 the said amount was deposited with the Reserve Bank of India. RBI has reported that five notes of Rs.1000/- were found to be fake.
