JUDGEMENT

(1.) The acquittal of the respondents original accused No.1 to 4 Munshi Singh, Surjeet Singh alias Leela Singh, Mewa Singh, Deva Singh alias Baldev Singh (A-1 to A-4) of the offences punishable under Sections 302, 307, 120B & 34 of the Indian Penal Code ('IPC' for short) recorded by the learned Sessions Judge, Sri Ganganagar vide judgment and order dated 18.01.1984 in Sessions Case No. 53 of 1983 is the subject matter of challenge in the instant appeal which is filed under Sec. 378 of the Code of Criminal Procedure (the Code, for short) by the appellant State of Rajasthan.
