JUDGEMENT

(1.) (Guman Singh, J.) With the consent of both the parties, this appeal is being heard and finally disposed off at admission stage.

(2.) Heard learned Counsel for the parties.

(3.) This appeal has been preferred on behalf of injured-appellant for enhancement of compensation awarded by the learned Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Jaipur City, Jaipur vide judgment dated 13th December, 2007, whereby a sum of Rs.1,00,800/- was awarded by way of compensation for 36.82% disability caused on account of injuries sustained in the accident.
