JUDGEMENT

(1.) THIS order governs the disposal of bail application filed under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. by Mr. Mohd. Anees Advocate on behalf of the applicant Bhuranath @ Bhuria pertaining to F.I.R. No. 97/2007 at police station Bhudadit, District Kota, in the offences under Sections 308 and 325 of IPC.
