JUDGEMENT

(1.) THE controversy involved in all these writ petitions has already been resolved by this Court vide judgment dated 07. 01. 2009 rendered in S. B. Civil Writ Petition No. 5951/2008- Smt. Priti Dixit vs. State of Rajasthan and Ors. , decided along with 1066 other connected writ petitions.

(2.) HOWEVER, certain additional grounds have been taken in some of the writ petitions that the respondents are not providing appointment to the reserved category candidates as per the provisions of law.

(3.) IN S. B. Civil Writ Petition No. 175/2009 Dara singh Jhanjharia Vs.
