JUDGEMENT

(1.) THIS order governs the disposal of bail application filed under Section 439 of cr. P. C. by Mr. Ashvin Garg Advocate on behalf of the applicant Ranjeet @ Ranjit pertaining to f. I. R. No. 446/2009 at police station Kotputali, district Jaipur, in the offence under Section 392 of IPC.

(2.) HEARD learned counsel for the petitioner as also learned Public Prosecutor appearing for the State and perused the relevant material available on record.

(3.) LEARNED counsel for the petitioner has canvassed that neither he has been identified during test identification parade by the complainant nor any stolen property has been recovered from his possession. Hence, he may be granted indulgence of bail.
