JUDGEMENT

(1.) THIS order governs the disposal of second bail application filed under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. by Shri Rajesh Kumar Advocate on behalf of the applicant Prabhudayal pertaining to F.I.R. No. 184/2008 at police station Sadar, Jaipur City (South), in the offence under Section 420, 406, 467, 468 and 120-B of IPC.
