JUDGEMENT

(1.) HEARD learned counsel for the appellant on the stay application. Issue notice of the stay application. Notice be given 'dasti' to the counsel for the appellant as prayed. In regard to the disputed property under appeal, both the parties would maintain status-quo till next date. This order shall be operative only after service of the notices upon the respondents.
