JUDGEMENT

(1.) THIS revision petition under section 115 of the Code of Civil Procedure has been filed by the petitioner-State against the judgment dated 1/2/2008 passed by Additional District Judge, Baran in Appeal No.40/2006 whereby the judgment and decree of compensation dated 15/7/2005 passed by Civil Judge (Junior Division), Anta, District Baran in Civil Suit No.23/1999 has been affirmed.

(2.) HEARD learned counsel for the petitioner on the point of admission and perused the impugned judgment.

(3.) CONSEQUENTLY, this revision petition is dismissed at the admission stage.
