JUDGEMENT

(1.) THIS order governs the disposal of second bail application filed under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. by Mr. J.P. Gupta Advocate on behalf of the applicant Mahendra Singh Choudhary pertaining to F.I.R. No. 1/09-10 of Police Station Excise Thana, South, Ajmer in the offences under Sections 19/54, 16/54 and 14/54 of Rajasthan Excise Act.
