JUDGEMENT

(1.) Challenge in this appeal is to the judgment and award dated 21.7.2001 rendered by the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Gangapur City, whereby the learned Tribunal awarded a quantum of compensation of Rs. 3,52,941/- in favour of claimants appellants and against the respondents no.1.
