JUDGEMENT

(1.) THIS writ petition has been filed against the order dated 12.08.2008 passed by the Additional District Judge (Fast Track) No.2, Ajmer by which he rejected the application of the plaintiff-petitioners under Order 7 Rule 14 read with Section 151 C.P.C.

(2.) THE plaintiff-petitioners filed suit for partition alleging that will dated 16.10.2001 is forged one as Rameshwar Lal was not able to see, listen, read and understand on that day.

(3.) HEARD learned counsel for the parties and perused the record.
