(1.) The petitioner is Accused of offences under Sections 341, 323, 324, 326, and 307 I.P.C., and seeks bail under Section 439 Cr.P.C.
(2.) It is, inter alia, submitted that regarding the same incident, a cross F.I.R. was lodged by the petitioner wherein the petitioner and so also his wife were found to have sustained grievous injuries and challan has been filed therein for offences under Sections 341, 323 and 325 I.P.C.
(3.) Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned Public Prosecutor for the State and having examined the challan papers, without comments on merits, it appears just and proper to enlarge the petitioner on bail during the trial.
