JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard the learned counsels.

(2.) This writ petition is directed against the order dtd.6.9.2008 whereby the plaintiff's evidence was closed.

(3.) The learned counsel for the plaintiff submits that in all 3 opportunities were given to the plaintiff - petitioner to adduce evidence and the learned trial Court closed the evidence without giving reasonable opportunity to the plaintiff.
