JUDGEMENT

(1.) HEARD learned counsel for the appellant on the stay application. Issue notice of the stay application. Having heard the learned counsel for the appellant and keeping in view the nature of the litigation and entire facts and circumstances, the operation of the impugned judgment and execution of the impugned decree is stayed provided the appellant deposits Rs. 3,33,557. 71 in the trial court within a period of one month and for the remaining amount furnishes a solvent security to the satisfaction of the learned trial court within the stipulated period mentioned above.
