(1.) HEARD learned counsel for the parties.

(2.) COUNSEL for the petitioner is mainly praying for revision of the qualification for the course of Diploma in Animal Husbandry.

(3.) COUNSEL for the respondents submits that the prescription of the qualification is the prerogative of the expert body, therefore, no relief can be granted to the petitioner by this court in exercise of the writ jurisdiction.
