JUDGEMENT

(1.) THIS order governs the disposal of bail application filed under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. by Mr. Rajendra Sharma Advocate on behalf of the applicant Ramkesh pertaining to F.I.R. No. 868/2007 at police station Hindaun City, District Karauli, in the offence under Section 394 of IPC.
