JUDGEMENT

(1.) THIS order governs the disposal of bail application filed under Section 438 of Cr. P. C. by shri Akhil Simlote Advocate on behalf of the applicant Babulal Chanwala pertaining to F. I. R. No. 307/2009 of police station Bajaj Nagar, jaipur in the offences 332 and 353 of IPC.

(2.) HEARD learned counsel for the petitioner as also the learned Public Prosecutor for the state and perused the relevant material available on record.

(3.) LEARNED counsel for the petitioner has canvassed that he has been falsely implicated and is in no way connected with the commission of the alleged offences in the instant case. Not even a shred of evidence collected so far by the investigating Officer against him, hence, he may be granted indulgence of bail.
