JUDGEMENT

(1.) THIS order governs the disposal of bail petition filed under section 439 of Cr. P. C. by mr. J. S. Chouhan Advocate on behalf of the applicants pertaining to FIR No. 96/2008 of police Station Kelwara, District Baran in the offence under section 457 and 380 of IPC.

(2.) HEARD the learned counsel for the petitioners as also the learned Public prosecutor for the State and perused the relevant material available on record.

(3.) LEARNED counsel for the petitioners has canvassed that the co-accused persons namely raju @ Ravinder, Manoj Kumar and Ram Pratap have already been enlarged on bail by the co-ordinate bench and this Court. No recovery is alleged to have been made from their possession or at their instance. Hence, on the ground of parity, they may also be granted indulgence of bail.
