JUDGEMENT

(1.) HEARD learned counsel for the State.

(2.) SMT. Harku Bai, wife of convict balveer has preferred this application for transfer of her husband from Central Jail, ajmer to District Jail, Bundi.

(3.) THE learned counsel for the State has raised an objection that there are statutory rules framed by the State Government wherein there is a provision for transfer of convict-accused from one jail to another on the grounds mentioned therein but without approaching the competent authority, the convict has directly preferred this application through his wife before this Court, therefore, it is liable to be dismissed only on this ground alone.
