GEETA Vs. STATE OF RAJASTHAN

JUDGEMENT

(1.) THIS order governs the disposal of bail application filed under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. by Mr. J.K. Gupta Advocate on behalf of the applicant Geeta pertaining to F.I.R. No. 270/2009 at police station Shyam Nagar, Jaipur City, Jaipur, in the offences under Sections 19/54 of Excise Act.

(2.) HEARD the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Public Prosecutor appearing for the State and perused the material on record.

(3.) HOWEVER, it is made clear that in case, the petitioner is arrested in any other criminal case of alike nature, the bail granted to him shall stands automatically cancelled without reference to this Court. A copy of this order be sent to the concerned police station as also to the concerned court for their information.
