JUDGEMENT

(1.) THIS order governs the disposal of bail application filed under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. by Mr. V.S. Badhwar Advocate on behalf of the applicant Sonu @ Ashish pertaining to F.I.R. No. 244/2009 of Police Station Sadar, Jaipur City (South), in the offence under Section 379 of IPC.
