JUDGEMENT

(1.) THIS order governs the disposal of bail application filed under Section 439 of cr. P. C. by Mr. A. Wahid Naqvi Advocate on behalf of the applicant Sazid pertaining to F. I. R. No. 232/2008 of Police Station Shastri Nagar, Jaipur in the offences under Sections 384/411 of IPC.

(2.) HEARD the learned counsel for the petitioner as also the learned Public Prosecutor appearing for the State and perused the relevant material available on record.

(3.) LEARNED counsel for the petitioner has contended that he has been falsely implicated and is in no way connected with the commission of the offences of the instant case. The petitioner has been custody for quite a long time, hence, he may be granted indulgence of bail.
