JUDGEMENT

(1.) THIS order governs the disposal of bail application filed under c of Cr.P.C. by Mr. Biri Singh Sinsinwar Advocate on behalf of the applicant Balaram pertaining to F.I.R. No. 299/2009 registered at police station Bagru, District Jaipur, in the offences under Sections 420, 406 and 120-B of IPC.
