JUDGEMENT

(1.) THIS order governs the disposal of bail application filed under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. by Shri Sanjay Verma Advocate on behalf of the applicant Mahipal Singh pertaining to F.I.R. No. 127/2009 at police station Nasirabad Sadar, District Ajmer, in the offence under Section 379 and 427 of IPC.
