JUDGEMENT

(1.) THIS order governs the disposal of bail application filed under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. by Mr. Manoj Sheoran Advocate on behalf of the applicant Dharma Ram pertaining to F.I.R. No. 247/2005 at police station Beawar Sadar, District Ajmer, in the offence under Section 8/15 of N.D.P.S. Act.
