The petitioner has preferred this writ petition challenging the impugned order dated 13th July, 2001 passed by the Rajasthan Civil Services Appellate Tribunal, Jaipur (Annexure- 4), whereby his appeal against impugned order of transfer dated 22nd July, 2000, whereby he was transferred from Secondary School, Ghassu Madhopura to Secondary School Sihoth Badi, District Sikar, was dismissed.
