JUDGEMENT

(1.) LEARNED counsel for the parties stated that parties have entered into compromise and the same has already been filed and the parties are present today in the Court for attestation of the compromise.

(2.) HAVING heard the learned counsel for the parties and keeping in view that this Court has already ordered to the deputy Registrar (Judicial) of this Court on 7/1/2009 for attestation of the compromise, therefore, it may be sent to the Deputy registrar (Judicial) for attestation of the compromise in accordance to law.
