JUDGEMENT

(1.) This Criminal Misc Petition has been filed by the petitioner for quashing the First Information Report No. 166/2008, registered at Police Station, Samod, District, Jaipur (Rural), for offences under Sections 420, 406, 465, 467, 471, 474 and 120-B I.P.C. 2. Having regard to the contents of the first information report, wherein allegations have been made against the accused-petitioner and he has been named therein, I consider it just and proper to order that the petitioner shall be at liberty to represent before the INvestigating Officer and raise all his objections along with the relevant documents, which he wants to rely n support of his contentions before the Investigating Officer. It is expected from the I.O. to look into the matter before arriving at a Conclusion. 3.With the aforesaid observation, the Criminal Misc. Petition is disposed of.
