JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard learned counsels.

(2.) This writ petition is directed against the order dated 25.4.2006 of the learned trial court whereby the learned trial court refused to mark as exhibit the mutual agreement (Sulahnama) between the parties in the present partition suit on the ground that the same was not registered as per Section 17 of the Act.

(3.) The present petitioners have challenged this order before this Court under Article 227 of the Constitution of India.
