JUDGEMENT

(1.) THIS order governs the disposal of bail application filed under Section 438 of Cr. P. C. by mr. Vijay Kumar Gupta Advocate on behalf of the applicant Angoori Devi pertaining to F. I. R. No. 157/2009 of police station Bhuswar, District bharatpur in the offences 498-A and 406 of IPC.

(2.) HEARD learned counsel for the petitioner as also the learned Public Prosecutor for the State and perused the relevant material available on record.

(3.) LEARNED counsel for the petitioner has canvassed that she has been falsely implicated in this case. Neither the petitioner ever asked for dowry nor the complainant was ever subjected to cruelty by her. Allegation of asking for a car and dowry is totally baseless and concocted. She apprehends her arrest to be made by the police, whereas, she is totally innocent, as such, she may be granted indulgence of anticipatory bail.
