JUDGEMENT

(1.) THIS order governs the disposal of bail application filed under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. by Mr. Biri Singh Sinsinwar Advocate on behalf of the applicant Natwar pertaining to F.I.R. No. 454/2009 at police station Vaishali Nagar, Jaipur, in the offences under Sections 379 of IPC.
