JUDGEMENT

(1.) THIS order governs the disposal of bail application filed under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. by Mr. Rahul Tiwari Advocate on behalf of the applicant Fatta @ Fateh Singh pertaining to F.I.R. No. 140/2009 at police station Kotkasim, Alwar, in the offences under Sections 14 and 19/54 of Rajasthan Excise Act.
