JUDGEMENT

(1.) HEARD learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Deputy Govt. Counsel. Perused the reply as well as the petition.

(2.) THIS petition has been moved for grant of first regular parole in view of the fact that the application submitted by the petitioner was rejected by the respondents vide Annexure-2 dated 11.06.2009. While rejecting the application, the adverse report of Superintendent of Police, Jaipur was the primary consideration before the Advisory Committee. As per the report of the Superintendent of Police, it was stated that the general reputation of the prisoner is not good.

(3.) THE writ petition stands allowed with the aforesaid directions.
