JUDGEMENT

(1.) THIS order governs the disposal of bail application filed under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. by Mr. Anshuman Saxena, Advocate on behalf of the applicant Pappu Lal Pareva in FIR No. 52/2009 of police station Transport Nagar, Jaipur City (East) in the offences under Sections 383, 353, 332 and 365 of IPC.

(2.) HEARD the learned Counsel for the petitioner as also the learned Public Prosecutor for the State and perused the material available on record.
