JUDGEMENT

(1.) THIS order governs the disposal of second bail application filed under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. by Mr. Sanjay Verma Advocate on behalf of the applicant Mahipal Singh pertaining to F.I.R. No. 127/2009 of Police Station Nasirabad Sadar, District Ajmer in the offences under Sections 379 and 427 of IPC.
