(1.) HEARD learned counsel for the parties.

(2.) THE petitioner has preferred this petition for grant of second parole on the grounds mentioned in the petition.

(3.) THE learned counsel for the State submitted that vide order dated 22nd December, 2008, the District Parole Advisory Committee has already allowed the application and has granted second parole of 30 days to the petitioner, therefore, this petition has become infructuous. A copy of the order dated 22nd december, 2008 was also shown to the learned counsel for the petitioner during the course of arguments.
