JUDGEMENT

(1.) THIS order governs the disposal of bail application filed under Section 439 of cr. P. C. by Mr. S. K. Jain Advocate on behalf of the applicants pertaining to F. I. R. No. 171/2008 registered at police station Khanpur, District jhalawar in the offences under Sections 420, 467, 468 and 471 of IPC.

(2.) HEARD the learned counsel for the petitioners, learned Public Prosecutor appearing for the State and perused the relevant material available on record.

(3.) LEARNED counsel for the petitioners has canvassed that the co-accused person Hari Charan has already been enlarged on bail by this Court and the case of the petitioners is similar to that of the co-accused, hence, they may also be granted indulgence of bail on the ground of parity.
