JUDGEMENT

(1.) THIS order governs the disposal of bail application filed under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. by Shri Ashvin Garg Advocate on behalf of the applicant Rustam pertaining to F.I.R. No. 418/2008 of Police Station Laxmangarh District Alwar in the offences under Sections 143, 332, 353, 365, 341, 382, 336, 225 of IPC and Section 3 of P.D.P.P. Act.
