JUDGEMENT

(1.) THIS order governs the disposal of bail application filed under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. by Ms. Sangeeta Sharma Advocate on behalf of the applicants namely Parasram and Hukam Singh @ Kanni pertaining to F.I.R. No. 293/08 of Police Station Bayana, District Bharatpur in the offences under Sections 147, 149 and 302 of IPC.

(2.) HEARD the learned counsel for the petitioner as also the learned Public Prosecutor for the State and perused the material on record.
